1. Who We Are and What This Service Is
This website is operated by ALEPHDATE LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, under the program name Steady Capital ("we," "us," "our"). Steady Capital is a business funding referral service. We are not a lender, bank, credit union, or broker of record. We do not make loans, issue credit, set rates or terms, or make funding decisions. Our service consists of collecting the information you choose to submit and connecting you with independent third-party funding providers who may be able to serve your request.
2. No Guarantee of Funding
Submitting a request through this site is not an application for credit and does not guarantee that you will be matched with a provider, receive an offer, or obtain funding. All approvals, amounts, rates, fees, and terms are determined solely by the funding providers under their own underwriting criteria. Any figures on this site describe what providers in our network typically offer and are not a promise of any particular outcome.
3. Compensation Disclosure
If you obtain funding through our referral, the funding provider may pay us a referral fee. This compensation does not increase the cost of your funding and is how we keep the service free for applicants. We may have referral relationships with multiple providers, and compensation may influence which providers we work with.
4. Your Responsibilities
By using this site you represent that you are at least 18 years old, that you are an owner or authorized representative of the business you describe, and that the information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose or to submit information about a business without authority to do so.
5. Your Agreement With Providers Is Yours
Any funding agreement you enter is between you and the funding provider. We are not a party to it, we do not review or approve individual offers, and we are not responsible for a provider's acts, omissions, products, or terms. Read every agreement carefully before signing, and seek independent professional advice where appropriate.
6. Communications
By submitting the form you agree that Steady Capital and matched funding providers may contact you by phone or email about your funding request. Text messages are sent only under the separate, optional consent described in our SMS Terms. Marketing email is sent only under the separate, optional email consent. Use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
The content of this site — text, design, and branding — belongs to ALEPHDATE LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
This site and service are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALEPHDATE LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of this site or from any dealings with a funding provider. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to $100.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version; continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
